Job Description

As a Site Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily site operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to production schedules.
  • Implementing and monitoring safety and quality standards to maintain compliance.
  • Managing and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
  • Ensuring proper maintenance of equipment and facilities to minimise downtime.
  • Reviewing and optimising manufacturing processes for improved productivity.
  • Preparing operational reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Addressing any issues or bottlenecks that may arise during production.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Site Manager should have:
