Job Description



  • Revenue & Target Achievement
    Drive aggressive monthly revenue targets and ensure consistent delivery of business growth across all channels.


  • Multi-Channel Sales Management
    Oversee and optimize performance across four key channels:
    • Corporate / B2B partnerships
    • E-commerce platforms (including digital campaigns, live commerce, and agency collaboration)
    • Brand-owned retail / flagship stores
    • Wholesale and modern trade distribution networks


  • Strategic Planning
    Develop and execute commercial strategies that enhance market penetration and brand positioning.


  • Team Leadership & Development
    Provide strong leadership, coaching, and direction to the sales team while fostering a performance-driven culture.


  • Stakeholder Management
    Collaborate closely with internal functions and external partners to ensure alignment and execution excellence.


  • Market Insight & Adaptation
    Monitor industry trends and customer behavior to continuously refine sales approaches.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with solid exposure to leadership roles
  • At least 5 years of experience prior to managerial level (hands-on sales background is essential)
  • Strong track record in retail or home/lifestyle consumer products
  • Proven ability to manage multiple sales channels simultaneously
  • Demonstrated success in meeting high-value revenue targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence stakeholders
