They are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales organization, drive business growth, and expand market presence.

Job Description

As a Senior Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue, market share, and business growth
  • Identify and pursue opportunities across fleet, corporate, government, and retail segments
  • Manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance while tracking market and competitor trends
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
  • Set KPIs, conduct training, and foster a high-performance sales culture
  • Build and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, and strategic partners
  • Expand dealer network and drive partner performance through promotions and campaigns
  • Manage key accounts and negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements
  • Strengthen customer relationships to drive retention and repeat business
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and provide market insights to support product, pricing, and EV initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Sales Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in sales within automotive, EV, mobility, energy, or related industries.
  • 3-5+ years in a sales leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of EV technology, charging infrastructure, fleet operations, and automotive sales processes.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
