As a Senior Manager Product Engineering, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead product development activities from initial planning through to delivery, ensuring work meets agreed business needs.
  • Coordinate activities to maintain clear product requirements, timelines and delivery priorities.
  • Set product development plans that support practical execution across relevant teams.
  • Monitor product creation progress and address delivery issues to keep activities on track.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to clarify product needs and align development activity with business priorities.
  • Review product outcomes and identify practical improvements for future product creation work.
  • Maintain clear updates on priorities, progress and key decisions throughout the product creation process.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Manager Product Engineering should have:

  • Experience managing product development activities from planning through delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of product development processes.
  • Ability to coordinate product requirements, timelines and delivery priorities across internal teams.
  • Experience reviewing progress and resolving issues that affect product delivery.
