About Our Client

Our client is undertaking a strategic transformation of its investment technology landscape and is seeking a seasoned IT Program Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of a modern investment management platform supporting Investment Deal Management, Investment Operations, and Fund Treasury functions.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of investment management platforms, with a strong preference for Intapp DealCloud experience.
  • Manage multiple workstreams encompassing deal management, CRM, workflow automation, portfolio monitoring, reporting, and investment operations processes.
  • Drive business process transformation and operating model alignment alongside technology implementation.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders, implementation partners, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
  • Oversee program governance, roadmap development, risk management, budgeting, resource planning, and executive reporting.
  • Ensure seamless integration between DealCloud and adjacent systems including data warehouses, reporting platforms, ERP, treasury, compliance, and document management solutions.
  • Lead user adoption, training, change management, and post-implementation stabilization activities.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business, technology, and executive stakeholders throughout the transformation journey.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate ProfileWe are particularly interested in candidates who have played a leadership role in the implementation, enhancement, or transformation of Intapp DealCloud environments within investment-focused organizations.Required Experience

  • 12-15+ years of technology project or program management experience within asset management, private equity, venture capital, sovereign wealth, investment banking, capital markets, or investment management environments.
  • Proven leadership experience delivering enterprise-scale platform implementations and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience implementing, managing, or optimizing Intapp DealCloud.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Investment Deal Lifecycle
    • Pipeline & Opportunity Management
    • Investment Committee Processes
    • Due Diligence Workflows
    • Portfolio Monitoring
    • Investment Operations
    • Fund Treasury Processes
  • Experience managing business requirements, vendor delivery teams, system integrators, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
