This role is with a company operating in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, located in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Description

As an HR Senior Executive, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver a seamless and positive HR hire to retire support experience by proactively resolving queries, setting clear expectations, and ensuring timely follow-through for employees.
  • Champion the organization's HR operating model by guiding employees and managers through people-related processes, promoting effective use of HRIS self-service tools.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on end-to-end HR support, providing guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and best practice recommendations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in HR operations delivery by identifying process gaps, analyzing root causes, and proposing practical solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and user experience.
  • Uphold the highest standards of compliance, governance, data privacy, and security by ensuring all HR processes are executed in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide language and translation support where required to facilitate effective communication and business operations.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment by partnering with colleagues to maintain service continuity, share knowledge, support operational coverage, and deliver a consistently excellent employee experience.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior HR Executive would bring:

  • At least 3 years of experience across a broad HR generalist scope, with exposure to end-to-end employee lifecycle processes. Experience in a shared services or HR operations environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and the local language, with the ability to effectively support and engage employees on a wide range of HR-related matters.
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced, multinational organization, with the ability to collaborate effectively across regional and global teams.
