Job Description

  • Conducting detailed credit assessments for SME, Commercial and corporate clients to evaluate financial health and creditworthiness.
  • Preparing comprehensive credit reports and recommendations for approval by the credit committee.
  • Evaluate fleet operators, logistics companies, transportation providers, and other commercial vehicle-related businesses.
  • Monitoring and managing the credit portfolio to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with relationship managers to structure credit facilities that meet client needs while mitigating risk.
  • Analysing financial statements, market conditions, and industry trends to support credit decisions.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to facilitate effective communication and trust.
  • Ensuring adherence to credit risk management strategies and procedures within the banking and financial services framework.
  • Providing insights and recommendations for improving credit policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial analysis and credit evaluation.
  • Experience in handling SME, commercial, and corporate credit within the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of banking and financial services regulations in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client and internal stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in credit risk assessment tools and systems.
