Job Description

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy backend services that support millions of users.
  • Build high‑performance, low‑latency, and fault‑tolerant distributed systems.
  • Optimize services to support rapid business growth and complex technical requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with product and business leaders to provide technical recommendations.
  • Mentor engineers, share best practices, and elevate engineering craftsmanship.
  • Contribute to the engineering culture with fresh ideas and continuous improvement.
  • Deploy solutions across hybrid environments and provide technical assistance when needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 6 years of hands‑on software development, ideally in distributed systems or large‑scale backend architecture.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, C, Go, or Python.
  • Solid understanding of Kafka, Redis, Cassandra, and MySQL, with experience in tuning and optimization.
  • Skilled in deploying to cloud and on‑premise environments.
  • Experience with the FIX protocol is an advantage.
  • Able to operate independently with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Passionate about technology with a continuous learning mindset.
