Job Description

As a Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Revenue Generation & Commercial Execution

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets across the designated territory.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and cardiovascular healthcare networks.
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end tender process, including proposal preparation, pricing negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations, sales presentations, and follow-up activities.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with dealers and channel partners to maximize territory coverage and revenue growth.



Market Access & Territory Development

  • Develop comprehensive territory plans and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Lead hospital listing processes and facilitate product inclusion in target healthcare institutions.
  • Identify, appoint, and manage potential dealers and distribution partners.
  • Drive territory expansion through proactive opportunity mapping and healthcare market analysis.



Clinical Advocacy & KOL Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), cardiovascular specialists, and healthcare decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with major medical associations, including PERKI and other cardiovascular societies.
  • Organize scientific meetings, product workshops, clinical education programs, and user training sessions.
  • Support participation in medical congresses, symposiums, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and clinical adoption.



Market Intelligence & Operational Excellence

  • Monitor market developments, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging opportunities.
  • Gather and analyze customer insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and customer databases.
  • Provide regular commercial performance reports and actionable market intelligence to management.



Product Portfolio

  • Holter Monitoring Systems
  • Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM) Solutions
  • Relevant market experience with competitors such as Endo, BTL, Edan, or similar cardiovascular diagnostic device companies will be highly valued.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Medicine, Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Engineering, or related healthcare disciplines.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare commercial industry.
  • Proven track record in sales achievement, territory management, and healthcare account development.
  • Strong network across hospitals, procurement committees, cardiology departments, and major medical associations such as PERKI.
  • Experience managing tenders, hospital listings, dealer relationships, and distributor networks.
  • Strong understanding of the cardiovascular medical device market and diagnostic workflow.
  • Excellent presentation, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially driven, proactive, resilient, and highly results-oriented.
  • Ability to quickly absorb and communicate technical product specifications and clinical value propositions.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and actively manage field-based commercial activities.
