Job Description

  • Lead and manage the national sales team to achieve the company's 2026 sales target
  • Oversee pipeline development, forecasting, and conversion performance
  • Establish and monitor sales KPIs, targets, and performance metrics across all regions
  • Drive accountability and continuous improvement within the sales team
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with dealers and distributors nationwide
  • Ensure effective channel management, alignment of targets, and consistent execution
  • Identify opportunities to expand dealer networks and improve coverage
  • Actively bring in new customers and key accounts, including strategic and large-scale clients
  • Identify market opportunities and execute expansion strategies
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across industries (mining, construction, plantation, etc.)
  • Design and implement Sales SOPs, processes, and systems to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Develop structured approaches for lead generation, deal tracking, and reporting
  • Introduce best practices in sales operations and customer management
  • Provide regular strategic reports, insights, and recommendations to the PD and Board of Directors
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and internal performance
  • Lead preparation of technical presentations and reporting packages for management reviews

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in heavy equipment sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record in dealer/distributor management (mandatory)
  • Strong industry exposure within construction, mining, or heavy equipment sectors
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Able to guide, coach, and support teams (not overly authoritative)
  • Excellent business development and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
  • Experience in setting up sales systems, SOPs, and KPIs from scratch
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
