Job Description

As a Sales Director, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Managing and leading the sales team to ensure optimal performance and motivation.
  • Identifying and pursuing new market opportunities to expand the customer base in footwear industry.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Preparing and presenting sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 10 years of working experience in footwear industry.
  • A strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behaviour in footwear industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong network within shoe manufacturing companies as well as brand owners in footwear industry.
  • Ability to analyse data and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Good presentation skill and influencing skill.
