Job Description



  • Go-to-Market Leadership
    Plan and execute impactful campaigns to successfully launch flagship applications.


  • Brand Storytelling
    Develop engaging narratives that resonate with families, educators, and children.


  • User Growth & Acquisition
    Drive customer acquisition through integrated marketing efforts, with a strong focus on traditional channels.


  • Strategic Partnerships
    Build relationships with schools and relevant stakeholders to strengthen presence in the education sector.


  • Performance Analysis
    Monitor campaign performance, extract insights, and continuously refine strategies to improve conversion and engagement.


  • Brand Representation
    Act as a spokesperson and advocate for the company's products in relevant forums or engagements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience.
  • Background in education or related industries is highly preferred
  • Proven experience managing direct marketing initiatives, either independently or via agency partners
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to adjust campaigns based on data and results
  • Collaborative, results-oriented professional comfortable working with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Good understanding of education trends and audience behavior across platforms
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Demonstrated ambition to build and lead a marketing team
