Job Description

  • Ensure the highest level of guest service consistent with fine dining standards.
  • Build strong relationships with regular guests and cultivate loyalty
  • Oversee all FOH activities, ensuring smooth coordination between service, kitchen, and bar teams
  • Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and dining flow to maximize guest experience and revenue
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Foster a positive, disciplined, and professional team culture
  • Monitor daily sales performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue through upselling, wine pairing, and premium experiences
  • Oversee FOH inventory including tableware, linens, and operating supplies
  • Prepare operational reports including daily sales summaries, guest feedback, and cost analysis

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Management, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a fine dining or upscale restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards, wine service, and menu protocols
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly presentable, articulate, and guest‑oriented
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems is a plus
