Job Description

  • Lead and manage cross‑functional IT teams to deliver high performance and collaboration
  • Oversee strategic IT operations and support key technology decision‑making
  • Manage large‑scale IT initiatives, including cloud migration, infrastructure upgrades, and cybersecurity projects
  • Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps) and tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project
  • Drive and maintain IT infrastructure and cloud environments (Azure, AWS), including security and compliance standards
  • Align IT strategy with business objectives, including budget and resource planning
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders and resolve issues effectively in high‑pressure environments

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. ITIL certification or PMP certification is added advantage.
  • Mandatory experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its predecessor platforms, including AX 2012, Dynamics NAV, and Business Central.
  • At least 15+ years of experience in IT operations, project management, or systems architecture, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Extensive experience managing large-scale IT projects
  • Knowledge of Application - Business application and operation process of Financial and plantation systems
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure - Knowledge of technical i.e. DOMAIN, AD, RODC, GPO, Exchange,TrendMicro, MDM, BackupExec.
  • Knowledge of networks i.e. TCP\IP, OSI, VSAT, VPN, CISCO, FortiNet, WiFi, MAC Address, Radio Tower, GSM, VOIP.
  • Expertise in cloud platform - Azure
  • Proven track record in a senior leadership role managing both IT operations and projects.
  • Experience managing IT teams of various sizes and leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent project management skills, with expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia and English), capable of articulating complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on aligning IT services with business needs and driving long-term technology investments.
  • Able to travel within Indonesia
