Job Description

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned indirect services spend categories.
  • Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, tendering, and contract negotiations.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve service levels, and mitigate supply risks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support contract management, governance, and compliance activities.
  • Conduct market intelligence and spend analysis to identify sourcing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on regional procurement initiatives.
  • Drive standardization, process improvements, and procurement best practices.
  • Track procurement performance metrics and communicate business value delivered.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management experience.
  • Strong experience managing indirect procurement categories.
  • Proven success delivering sourcing projects and commercial negotiations.
  • Experience working across multiple countries or regional markets.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and commercial skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience delivering measurable savings and business improvement initiatives.
