Job Description

  • Support senior management in executing sales activities for luxury residential projects
  • Handle incoming enquiries via email and messaging platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and update the sales database
  • Coordinate with property consultants, brokers, and agents to facilitate the sales process
  • Welcome and assist visitors at sales galleries or show villas, presenting property information clearly and professionally
  • Act as an on‑site representative during client visits, delivering a premium and well‑organized experience
  • Follow up with prospective buyers and support the conversion process
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive client and project information

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a client‑facing role, preferably within real estate, hospitality, or luxury sectors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian
  • Strong service mindset with confidence in engaging high‑net‑worth and VIP clients
  • Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as required by sales activities
  • Strong problem‑solving ability and calm, professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common digital communication tools
  • High standards of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
