This role is responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of products, ensuring all activations, installations, and timelines are executed flawlessly. You will lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with vendors to ensure each campaign is delivered on time, within quality standards, and aligned with client expectations.

Job Description

  • Take ownership of end-to-end product delivery from post-sales handover to execution
  • Ensure all campaign elements (activations and installations) are delivered on time
  • Lead and manage a team across installations and production functions
  • Coordinate with vendors and conduct on-site inspections to ensure installation quality
  • Review technical drawings and ensure feasibility for installations
  • Monitor project timelines, resolve issues, and ensure smooth execution
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and report directly to leadership
  • Maintain high standards for structure, organization, and documentation

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in project management, production, and installations
  • Technical background (civil engineering, architecture, or similar)
  • Ability to read drawings and understand installation requirements
  • Hands-on and comfortable working on-site with vendors
  • Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills
  • Proven experience leading teams
  • Fluent in English and able to operate in a dynamic environment
