We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of strategic payment technology initiatives across the APAC region. The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end project execution, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of multiple projects.
  • Develop project plans, resource allocation strategies, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate project teams and ensure effective collaboration across business and technical stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership and clients.
  • Facilitate project governance meetings and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure smooth transition and handover of project deliverables.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to delivery standards.
  • Manage relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Support business development and sales activities by providing technical and project delivery insights.
  • Contribute to project estimation, solution planning, and implementation strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project delivery processes.

The Successful Applicant

Essential

  • 9-14 years of professional experience, including substantial project management leadership experience.
  • Proven track record managing complex technology implementation projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Switching
  • Card Payment Systems
  • Payment Gateways
  • Digital Payments
  • Mobile Banking Platforms
  • Financial Services Technology
  • Banking & Payments Infrastructure
