Job Description

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage Data Center engineering projects, including new builds, expansions, upgrades, and infrastructure renewal initiatives.
  • Serve as the Electrical Subject Matter Expert (SME), overseeing engineering design reviews and ensuring compliance with Data Center industry standards and best practices.
  • Manage project execution, commissioning activities, and integrated system testing to ensure operational readiness and reliability.
  • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to evaluate technical solutions, equipment selection, project risks, and construction quality.
  • Drive sustainability, maintainability, and continuous improvement initiatives, including energy-efficient and green Data Center practices.

The Successful Applicant

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Data Center engineering, construction, commissioning, or project management, with mandatory Data Center experience.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, MEP infrastructure, commissioning, and critical facility design standards (e.g., TIA-942, Uptime Institute, ASHRAE).
  • Proven experience managing engineering projects and coordinating consultants, contractors, and vendors in mission-critical environments.
  • Conversational English is required; project management and professional engineering certifications are an advantage
