We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee client programs and new product introductions within a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful delivery from product launch through mass production while maintaining quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Job Description

  • Customer Management: Act as the primary contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships, understanding business requirements, managing expectations, and providing regular project updates.
  • New Product Introduction (NPI): Lead end-to-end product launches, coordinating engineering, validation builds, tooling readiness, process implementation, sample delivery, and customer approvals to ensure a smooth transition into production.
  • Project Execution: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and performance metrics while driving alignment across engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, and logistics functions.
  • Risk & Cost Management: Proactively identify project risks, implement mitigation plans, resolve issues, and support cost optimization initiatives to achieve project and business objectives.
  • Production & Supply Chain Coordination: Ensure production readiness through effective coordination of material availability, capacity planning, forecasting, delivery schedules, supplier performance, and operational execution.
  • Reporting & Governance: Track project performance, maintain accurate documentation, monitor key metrics, and provide clear status reporting to customers and internal stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in EMS, electronics manufacturing, or technical program/project management.
  • Experience managing product launches, NPI programs, or manufacturing projects.
  • Exposure to low voltage electronics, electronics assembly, or closely related manufacturing environments.
  • Understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and quality standards.
  • Knowledge of BOM management, engineering changes, and supply chain fundamentals.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
  • Strong ownership, problem-solving capability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
