Job Description

Category Ownership & Planning

  • Take ownership of assigned product categories, ensuring marketing activities align with overall business priorities
  • Support the translation of sales objectives into actionable marketing plans and campaign calendars



Brand & Market Relevance

  • Adapt global brand direction into locally relevant campaigns while maintaining consistency in brand identity
  • Contribute creative ideas and insights to strengthen market connection and consumer engagement



Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, retail, PR, influencer, and event channels
  • Coordinate timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver campaigns effectively and on schedule
  • Work closely with creative and digital teams to develop content aligned with brand goals



Events & Activations

  • Assist in executing marketing events and activations with a proactive, detail-oriented approach



Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams such as merchandising, retail operations, visual merchandising, and e-commerce to ensure alignment on launches and category priorities



Performance Monitoring

  • Track campaign performance and business results using relevant metrics
  • Identify insights and opportunities for improvement to enhance future marketing initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or digital marketing
  • Background in consumer-driven industries such as retail, FMCG, fashion, or lifestyle is preferred
  • Strong understanding of campaign development across online and offline channels
