Job Description

As a Procurement Supervisor, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the procurement process to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers for cost-effective sourcing.
  • Overseeing contract negotiations and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with supply chain teams.
  • Implementing procurement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Analysing supplier performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring all procurement activities align with organisational goals.
  • Preparing reports and presenting procurement updates to management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Procurement Supervisor should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in background in engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in procurement within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of procurement software and tools.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in English.
