Job Description

As a Practice Development Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve sales and business growth objectives.
  • Drive customer acquisition, expansion, and retention across orthodontic and general dental practices.
  • Identify new market opportunities and growth initiatives within the dental ecosystem.
  • Manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and performance against commercial targets.



Practice Development & Customer Success

  • Partner with orthodontists, dentists, and clinic owners to maximize clinical utilization and business performance.
  • Consult practices on treatment workflows, patient conversion strategies, and business growth initiatives.
  • Deliver tailored solutions that improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
  • Support customers throughout the practice adoption and development journey.



Stakeholder Management & Clinical Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), dental associations, and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct product education programs, workshops, and clinical training activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, dental congresses, and professional events.



Territory Management & Market Intelligence

  • Maintain in-depth understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Develop territory mapping and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer engagement, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Provide regular market insights and business recommendations to management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Practice Development Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Dentistry, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare, dental, pharmaceutical, or healthcare technology industries.
  • Proven track record in consultative selling, account management, and territory development.
  • Experience engaging healthcare professionals, practice owners, and senior decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare sales processes and customer development strategies.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly entrepreneurial, commercially driven, and results-oriented.
  • Experience within multinational organizations is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
