Our client is a leading and rapidly expanding retail/F&B company with strong nationwide presence. To support their scale‑up and operational excellence agenda, they are looking for a PMO Senior Manager who will focus on driving business process improvement, cross‑functional workflow enhancement, and enterprise‑level project governance.

Job Description

The PMO Senior Manager will play a critical role in strengthening organizational efficiency through structured project execution and workflow transformation. Key responsibilities include:

Project & Workflow Governance

  • Lead multiple operational and strategic projects in parallel, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
  • Drive end‑to‑end improvement of business process workflows across Operations, IT, Procurement, Finance, Real Estate, and other functions.
  • Standardize project governance, documentation, KPIs, and reporting cadence.



Business Process Improvement

  • Map, analyze, and redesign existing processes to improve efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and increase scalability.
  • Implement workflow automation and digital tools to enhance visibility, accuracy, and speed.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional workshops to gather requirements and align on redesigned workflows.



Risk & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for inter‑department issues related to project execution.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and root causes, ensuring timely corrective actions and mitigation plans.
  • Influence key stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.



Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Consolidate project progress, workflow improvement results, and resource utilization into executive-level reports.
  • Monitor compliance to project methodology and highlight improvement opportunities.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance PMO capability and organizational execution maturity.



The Successful Applicant

A successful PMO Sr. Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related fields; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5-6+ years of experience in Project Management or Strategic Planning, ideally from F&B, retail, or multi-site operations.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and process improvement frameworks.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Asana, etc.).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work full-time on-site (WFO) in Malang and travel for project needs
