Job Description

  • Lead and develop plant leadership teams across multiple functions
  • Drive operational performance, productivity, quality, and safety outcomes
  • Oversee plant budgeting, cost control, and capital expenditure decisions
  • Improve financial awareness and accountability across departments
  • Strengthen systems, processes, and performance management practices
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives including Lean, TPM, or similar methodologies
  • Drive operational discipline, reliability, and workforce engagement
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to support growth and transformation objectives

The Successful Applicant

  • A minimum of bachelor's deggree in Engineering, or related fields.
  • Previous leadership experience in FMCG/ Food industry.
  • Proven experience leading large, multi-layered manufacturing teams
  • Strong operational leadership with a hands-on management style
  • Able to align diverse functions and break down organizational silos
  • Commercially and financially astute with strong cost-control awareness
  • Demonstrated success driving operational improvements and plant performance
  • Experience implementing Lean, TPM, Continuous Improvement, or similar systems
  • Resilient change leader who can influence long-tenured teams
  • Clear, practical, and credible communicator who builds accountability
