Job Description

  • Develop market analysis and trading strategies to support confident trading and hedging decisions.
  • Coordinate across risk management teams to identify product opportunities and exchanges.
  • Build and execute trading views across multiple countries and commodities using data and insights.
  • Lead team growth through hiring, coaching, and performance management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Handle additional tasks to support overall business objectives

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Strong background in palm oil trading with exposure to sourcing and export markets.
  • Track record of profitability and closing performance gaps.
  • Proven experience managing a trading activities and hedging; futures knowledge is an advantage.
  • At least 7 years of experience in commodity trading or financial risk management
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics and business strategy.
  • Skilled in managing stakeholder relationships across complex structures.
