Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global commercial systems and process transformation initiatives.
  • Define and govern future-state business processes across Sales, Innovation, Marketing, Product Development, and Commercial Operations.
  • Drive adoption and value realization of Oracle CX, CPQ, Project Management, FDI, and AI capabilities.
  • Establish enterprise standards for customer management, opportunity management, forecasting, quoting, and project execution.
  • Lead the transformation of quote-to-order, customer-to-commercialization, and innovation-to-launch processes.
  • Drive analytics modernization through Oracle FDI and enterprise reporting capabilities.
  • Lead business readiness, change management, training, and user adoption programs across global regions.
  • Partner with senior business leaders to identify automation, AI, and productivity opportunities.
  • Govern enterprise data ownership, integration strategy, and cross-platform operating models.
  • Manage strategic transformation roadmaps while ensuring measurable business outcomes.

The RoleReporting to a global business transformation leader, this position will own the strategy, roadmap, governance, and continuous improvement of key Oracle platforms, including:

  • Oracle Fusion CX Sales
  • Oracle CPQ
  • Oracle Project Management
  • Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
  • Oracle AI capabilities
  • Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions and enterprise integrations



The successful candidate will work closely with executive stakeholders, business process owners, technology teams, implementation partners, and global end-user communities across multiple countries.

The Successful Applicant

We are interested in speaking with transformation leaders who bring:

  • 7+ years of experience leading enterprise transformation, business process improvement, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Proven experience driving global or multi-country transformation programs.
  • Strong experience with CRM, CPQ, ERP, Project Management, or Enterprise Analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change.
  • Experience leading complex technology-enabled business transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Strong commercial acumen combined with process and technology expertise.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English.
