Job Description

  • Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients for employee benefits and group insurance solutions.
  • Conduct prospecting activities including cold calls, networking, referrals, and industry events to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Engage with HR, Finance, and C-level stakeholders to understand employee benefit needs, pain points, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with insurance partners to design competitive benefit programs such as group health, life, disability, and wellness solutions.
  • Provide consultative recommendations that align with the client's budget and corporate objectives.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with prospective clients to position the brokerage as a long-term advisor.
  • Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding and transition from sales to account servicing teams.
  • Work closely with underwriting, account management, claims, and operations teams to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Maintain strong relationships with insurers to secure competitive pricing and product enhancements.
  • Oversee onboarding of new clients, ensuring smooth transition to the servicing team.
  • Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for future growth.

  • A strong understanding of employee benefit products within the insurance industry.
  • Experience in managing client portfolios and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
