Job Description

As a National Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with regional and global business objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer acquisition across Indonesia.
  • Manage sales forecasting, business planning, territory optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and develop strategic growth initiatives.



Sales Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a national sales team to consistently achieve business targets.
  • Establish clear performance metrics, coaching frameworks, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and customer success.
  • Drive continuous capability building and leadership development across the organization.



Customer & Practice Development

  • Build strong relationships with orthodontists, dentists, dental service organizations, and key healthcare stakeholders.
  • Support major accounts in accelerating adoption and utilization of digital treatment solutions.
  • Partner with customers to improve practice growth, workflow efficiency, and patient outcomes.
  • Lead strategic account planning and customer retention initiatives.



Stakeholder & KOL Engagement

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), dental associations, universities, and industry leaders.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, scientific conferences, and professional forums.
  • Support educational initiatives and clinical advocacy programs that strengthen market leadership.



Market Intelligence & Business Insights

  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on sales performance and market intelligence.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Clinical, Finance, and Customer Success teams to drive business objectives.



The Successful Applicant

A successful National Sales Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Dentistry, or related disciplines; MBA is advantageous.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of commercial leadership experience within medical devices, healthcare technology, pharmaceuticals, or dental industries.
  • Demonstrated success leading national sales teams and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
  • Proven experience in strategic account management, business development, and market expansion.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of building, mentoring, and retaining high-performing teams.
  • Experience engaging C-level stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
  • Experience within a multinational and matrix organization is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Willingness to travel nationally as needed.
