Job Description

The Medical Support Manager will lead, coordinate, and oversee the hospital's medical support units to ensure high standards of service, efficiency, and compliance across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage clinical support units such as laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and emergency support services.
  • Develop and implement operational improvement strategies to strengthen workflow efficiency, service quality, and patient satisfaction.
  • Work closely with medical leaders and department heads to ensure alignment with clinical protocols, accreditation standards, and hospital policies.
  • Monitor performance KPIs, operational metrics, and service outcomes across medical support functions.
  • Ensure availability, readiness, and optimal utilization of medical equipment, supplies, and resources.
  • Lead staff development initiatives, including training, performance evaluation, and competency improvement.
  • Support strategic planning related to service expansion, technology adoption, and quality enhancement.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance, patient‑safety initiatives, and quality‑assurance programs.
