Job Description

As a Medical Scientific Liaison, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Act as the scientific expert for the company's aesthetics portfolio, providing accurate medical and clinical information to healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and other relevant healthcare stakeholders.
  • Deliver scientific exchange, medical education programmes, advisory boards, and product training initiatives.
  • Support local and regional medical affairs strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Generate medical insights from the field and communicate actionable recommendations to internal cross-functional teams.
  • Review and contribute to scientific materials, publications, congress activities, and evidence-generation projects.
  • Support clinical studies, investigator-initiated research, and post-marketing scientific activities where applicable.
  • Ensure all medical activities are conducted in compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Medical Scientific Liaison should have:

  • Advanced degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience within Medical Affairs, Medical Science Liaison, Clinical Research, or Scientific Communication roles.
  • Strong understanding of aesthetic medicine, dermatology, injectables, anti-ageing therapies, or related therapeutic areas.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with KOLs and delivering scientific presentations to external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to interpret and discuss clinical data, scientific literature, and medical evidence.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Comfortable working in a field-based, stakeholder-facing environment with regional exposure.
