This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day performance at a strategic contract manufacturing site, ensuring delivery, quality, cost, and operational targets are consistently achieved. Acting as the bridge between internal stakeholders and external manufacturing partners, the successful candidate will drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and supply chain performance
  • Lead NPI manufacturing projects from prototype through mass production
  • Gain regional exposure in a global manufacturing environment

Job Description

  • Lead operational performance at an outsourced electronics manufacturing facility.
  • Monitor and improve key metrics including delivery, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and manufacturing partners.
  • Drive problem-solving activities and remove operational bottlenecks.
  • Oversee production planning, capacity management, and manufacturing execution.
  • Support new product introductions, engineering changes, and ramp-up activities.
  • Ensure manufacturing processes meet required quality and compliance standards.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across operations and supply chain functions.
  • Collaborate with planning, procurement, engineering, quality, and logistics teams.
  • Develop strong partnerships with external manufacturers and critical suppliers.
  • Manage site-level operational risks and drive corrective actions where required.
  • Lead, coach, and develop on-site teams to achieve business objectives.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field.
  • Proven experience leading operations within manufacturing or electronics environments.
  • Strong understanding of production, planning, supply chain, and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience managing outsourced manufacturing partners or supplier operations is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve operational KPIs and drive business results.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working across operations, engineering, quality, and supply chain functions.
  • Experience with capacity planning, process improvement, and performance management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
