Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of consultants to deliver high-quality public policy and strategy projects.
  • Oversee project scoping, research frameworks, analytical processes, and client presentations.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders across the private sector, government, and public institutions.
  • Conduct intelligence gathering, regulatory analysis, and political landscape assessments to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop thought leadership pieces and represent the firm as a knowledge leader in public policy discussions.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO in shaping firm strategy, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to long-term growth.
  • Ensure the team operates with rigor, agility, and professionalism in a highly dynamic environment.

The Successful Applicant

Key Requirements (Expanded)

  • Master's degree required; a degree from an international or overseas university is highly valued for its global perspective and analytical rigor.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in consulting, public policy, government affairs, strategic advisory, or related sectors, with proven depth in policy analysis and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong leadership capability, demonstrated through managing teams, guiding junior staff, and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Exceptional client management skills with experience working directly with senior executives, public officials, and government stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesia's political, regulatory, and socio-economic landscape, with the ability to interpret developments and translate them into strategic recommendations.
  • Superior analytical and critical-thinking abilities, including comfort with complex, ambiguous issues.
  • Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-with the ability to convey insights clearly and persuasively.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, driven to contribute to business development, expand services, and support the firm's growth journey.
  • High resilience and work ethic, comfortable working under pressure in a fast-moving consulting environment.
  • Passionate about the public policy sector, staying updated with current affairs, political dynamics, and relevant industry developments.
