The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing import logistics activities, customs clearance processes, and local stock movements across Indonesia. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners, this role ensures timely, compliant, and cost-effective product movement while supporting business operations.

Job Description

  • Coordinate all import and export logistics activities across Indonesia.
  • Liaise with customs brokers, clearing agents, and logistics providers to ensure smooth shipment clearance.
  • Manage shipping documentation including Bills of Lading, invoices, PIB, and related import documents.
  • Monitor inbound shipments and proactively resolve customs or logistics issues.
  • Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses and other storage locations.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Customer Service, Finance, and Commercial teams.
  • Support vendor invoice processing and documentation validation.
  • Ensure logistics activities comply with Indonesian regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate logistics records and reporting.
  • Support safe transportation and handling practices, including Dangerous Goods where applicable.
  • Assist with administrative and operational logistics activities as required

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3 years of logistics, import, or supply chain experience.
  • Strong experience managing customs clearance and import documentation.
  • Familiar with Bills of Lading, shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience working with freight forwarders, brokers, and logistics providers.
  • SAP experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Dangerous Goods (DG) logistics experience is a strong advantage.
  • Quick learner with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
