Job Description

As a Legal Manager, your main responsibilities will include:



  • Led corporate governance matters, including board meetings, resolutions, and regulatory filings, while ensuring compliance with corporate secretarial requirements


  • Managed key internal and external stakeholders, providing legal guidance and coordinating cross-functional initiatives to support business objectives and mitigate risks.
  • Providing legal advice and support to various departments within the organisation.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
  • Ensuring compliance with local and international legal regulations.
  • Managing and mitigating legal risks associated with business operations.
  • Handling disputes and liaising with external legal counsel when necessary.
  • Developing and implementing corporate policies and procedures.
  • Conducting legal research and staying updated on relevant legal developments.
  • Training staff on legal and compliance matters.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Manager should have:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with a degree in Law from a recognised institution.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulations, particularly in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying legal risks.
  • Proficiency in both Indonesian and English languages.
