We are currently representing one of Indonesia's largest diversified business owner who is currently undergone a significant digital transformation initiative to modernize its technology landscape, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen infrastructure capabilities across the business.

Job Description

  • Lead infrastructure modernization projects across servers, networks, storage, and workplace technologies
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing network architecture
  • Manage enterprise LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and connectivity environments
  • Improve system reliability, business continuity, and disaster recovery readiness
  • Evaluate and implement cloud or hybrid infrastructure solutions
  • Drive digitization initiatives to streamline operational workflows and reduce manual processes
  • Identify automation opportunities across business functions
  • Implement modern workplace and collaboration tools
  • Support system integrations between operational and enterprise platforms
  • Strengthen cybersecurity controls, monitoring, and compliance practices
  • Ensure data protection, backup, and recovery standards are maintained
  • Develop and enforce IT governance, policies, and best practices
  • Conduct risk assessments and oversee remediation activities
  • Oversee daily IT operations and support functions
  • Manage technology vendors and external service providers
  • Lead IT budgeting, planning, and resource allocation
  • Mentor and develop internal IT capabilities
  • Provide strategic technology recommendations to senior leadership



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 8-10 years of IT experience with leadership or managerial responsibilities
  • Strong background in infrastructure, networking, and systems administration
  • Proven experience leading infrastructure transformation or modernization projects
  • Good understanding of cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and enterprise network architecture
  • Experience managing vendors and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Manufacturing or industrial sector experience is an advantage
