Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations across production and supply chain to ensure efficiency
  • Implement and monitor production schedules to meet quality and delivery targets
  • Drive cost control while maintaining high quality and operational standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise resources and minimise downtime
  • Monitor KPIs and analyse performance to support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
  • Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions to maintain continuity
  • Lead, mentor, and develop teams to achieve performance and business objectives

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management, and operating plastic injectino machines
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Skilled in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret KPIs
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
