Job Description

As an HR Business Partner, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Providing guidance on employee relations, talent management, and workforce planning.
  • Supporting recruitment processes and onboarding strategies.
  • Driving employee engagement initiatives and monitoring their effectiveness.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Analysing HR metrics to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Facilitating training and development programmes to enhance employee skills.
  • Managing performance appraisal processes to ensure alignment with company goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

  • Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Has five until eight year of proven experience in the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and data analysis tools.
