Job Description

As an HR Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives in the Industrial sector.
  • Overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, to ensure the right talent is brought into the organisation.
  • Managing employee relations to create a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensuring compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
  • Designing and executing training and development programmes to enhance workforce capabilities.
  • Leading performance management initiatives to drive employee engagement and productivity.
  • Analysing HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end HR functions, ideally within the Industrial sector
  • Strong knowledge of local labour laws and best HR practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
