Job Description

  • Collaborate closely with business and HR stakeholders to design capability frameworks and facilitate ongoing workforce assessments.
  • Analyze workforce capabilities and identify development priorities across operational employee groups at various levels.
  • Oversee performance management cycles, ensuring consistency with overarching corporate standards and frameworks.
  • Foster constructive engagement with employee representatives to maintain a stable and compliant industrial relations environment.
  • Drive clear and effective communication of people-related policies, organizational updates, and performance processes across the organization.
  • Ensure alignment with prevailing labor regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Manage and oversee key aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  • Work in partnership with internal stakeholders to deliver effective talent acquisition strategies and execution.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive, end-to-end HR experience, including demonstrated exposure to manufacturing environments.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain constructive relationships with labor unions and employee representatives.
  • Strong breadth of expertise across core HR functions, including talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and industrial relation.
  • In-depth knowledge of local labor regulations, compliance requirements, and principles of governance and risk management.
  • Capability to operate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English
