Job Description

  • Managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Ensuring timely renewals working permit (KITAS) and collaborate with 3rd party
  • Ensuring compliance with Indonesian labour laws and company policies.
  • Facilitating communication between local and Mandarin-speaking management.
  • Overseeing payroll processes and employee benefits administration
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proven track record as HR manager or HR team lead
  • Knowledge of HR practices, KITAS processes and Indonesian labour laws.
  • Strong in recruitment
  • Placement in North Jakarta
