Job Description

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overviewing and handling end-to-end human resources function, both strategic and operational
  • Creating programs, SOP, and analyzing organizational effectiveness to enhance production
  • Becoming a strategic business partner to owners and board of directors, including proposing improvement and development of the organization
  • Overviewing and ensuring highest accuracy regarding HR operational functions, including employee database, HRIS upgrade, and recruitment
  • Maintaining strong relationship with all stakeholders, including external relations
  • Placement in Palembang

The Successful Applicant

  • 8 years of working experience
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Background in Manufacturing sector, HR Consultancy is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • An ability to work effectively with management and employees at all levels.
