Job Description

As an HR Lead, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to align with business objectives.
  • Overseeing recruitment processes to attract top talent for the organisation.
  • Facilitating employee onboarding and training programmes to enhance workforce capabilities.
  • Managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with local labour laws in Indonesia.
  • Collaborating with leadership to design and execute performance management systems.
  • Analysing HR metrics and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Fostering a positive workplace culture and promoting employee engagement initiatives.
  • Advising on compensation and benefits to ensure competitive positioning within the industry.



The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment legislation in Indonesia.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Possesses a builder mentality and is comfortable working independently in a company's growth phase.
