Job Description

Sales Performance Leadership

  • Steer sales operations to achieve and surpass company revenue objectives.
  • Implement strategies to maximize sell-in and sell-out performance across channels.



P&L Ownership

  • Manage overall sales profitability, ensuring healthy margins and optimal cost control.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.



Sales Forecasting

  • Deliver reliable sales projections to support business planning and inventory management.
  • Monitor performance trends and adjust forecasts as needed.



Market Expansion

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capture untapped markets.
  • Strengthen presence in existing markets to increase market share.



Distributor Network Management

  • Lead existing distributor relationships and explore potential new partners.
  • Ensure effective coverage, streamlined operations, and alignment on business goals.



Team Development & Capability Building

  • Build a high-performing sales organization through coaching, training, and structured capability development.
  • Foster a strong performance-driven culture within the team.



Operational Excellence

  • Develop standardized ways of working to strengthen efficiency and consistency across sales processes.
  • Ensure clear guidelines, workflows, and operational controls are followed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 10 years in sales leadership roles with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Prior experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in managing P&L, distributor partnerships, and nationwide retail networks.
  • Familiar with both General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) ecosystems.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability.
  • Advanced understanding of sales strategy, market development, and channel management.
  • Effective leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Skilled in creating and implementing operational systems and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Agile and comfortable driving teams through change and growth.
  • Target-oriented with a strong focus on execution and results.
