Job Description

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and leading a high-performing sales team across the industrial lubricants segment. The successful candidate will leverage deep industry knowledge, strong customer relationships, and commercial acumen to accelerate business growth across key sectors including mining, manufacturing, power generation, construction, and other industrial end-users.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a nationwide B2B sales team to drive sustainable business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across industrial sectors, including mining, manufacturing, construction, power generation, logistics, and related industries.
  • Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and strategic partnerships to expand market penetration.
  • Drive customer acquisition while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, marketing, and supply chain teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments to formulate effective commercial strategies.
  • Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
  • Lead negotiations for major contracts and strategic commercial agreements.
  • Ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and alignment with corporate objectives.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of sales experience within the lubricants, industrial products, chemicals, energy, mining services, or related B2B industries.
  • Proven track record in leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong network and established relationships within industrial sectors, particularly mining, manufacturing, heavy equipment, construction, power generation, and other lubricant-consuming industries.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that drive business growth.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and key account management skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, including plant managers, procurement leaders, operations teams, and C-suite executives.
  • Highly analytical and strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
