Job Description

As the Head of Product, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of lending products across the digital banking ecosystem. You will be responsible for building innovative, customer-centric lending solutions that drive financial inclusion, revenue growth, and market differentiation. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer and SME lending, digital product development, regulatory frameworks, and data-driven decision-making.

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and own the end-to-end product strategy, especially for the lending business.
  • Align product vision with business goals, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify market opportunities and emerging trends in digital lending.



Product Development & Lifecycle Management

  • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, risk, compliance) to deliver high-impact lending products.
  • Oversee product roadmap, prioritization, and execution using agile methodologies.
  • Ensure seamless integration of lending products into the digital banking platform.



Customer Experience & Innovation

  • Champion user-centric design and continuous improvement based on customer feedback and analytics.
  • Drive innovation in credit scoring models, underwriting processes, and loan servicing using AI/ML and alternative data.



Risk & Compliance

  • Collaborate with legal, risk, and compliance teams to ensure products meet regulatory standards (e.g., OJK, BI, AML/KYC).
  • Implement robust risk management frameworks for lending operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Product should possess good communication in both Bahasa and English, and the ability to lead a team of young and dynamic members. Other reqirement includes:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from reputable universities.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in lending or fintech.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling lending products in digital banking or fintech.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk, lending operations, and regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools and frameworks.
  • A strong background in the financial services industry, particularly in product management or development.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Expertise in identifying market opportunities and driving innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
  • A strategic mindset with a focus on delivering results.
