Job Description

  • Develop and execute the company's overall procurement strategy to support business objectives.
  • Lead vendor selection, negotiations, and contract management to ensure quality, value, and supply continuity.
  • Oversee procurement operations to achieve cost efficiency, compliance, and timely sourcing of goods/services.
  • Manage and develop the procurement team to strengthen capability and performance.
  • Monitor supplier performance, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement across the procurement function.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in procurement or supply chain, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of procurement best practices, contract law, and vendor management.
  • Leadership capabilities with strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
