Job Description

As a Foreign Nurse, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and oversee all nursing functions, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory standards
  • Develop and implement nursing strategies aligned with organizational and clinical objectives
  • Standardize nursing practices and patient care pathways across all clinics
  • Drive quality assurance initiatives, patient safety, and continuous improvement programs
  • Collaborate closely with medical, embryology, and operations teams to enhance the patient journey
  • Establish competency frameworks, training programs, and talent development for nursing staff
  • Monitor key clinical indicators and implement corrective actions to improve outcomes
  • Support expansion initiatives by ensuring readiness of nursing operations in new clinics

The Successful Applicant

A successful Foreign Nurse should have:

  • Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree is preferred
  • Extensive leadership experience in nursing operations, ideally within fertility, women's health, or hospital settings
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance, patient safety protocols, and accreditation standards
  • Proven track record in managing multi-site or complex healthcare operations
  • Experience working in international or multicultural healthcare environments
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Ability to drive change, improve standards of care, and lead high-performing teams
  • Familiarity with ART services or reproductive health is a strong advantage
