Job Description

  • Providing legal advice and support on various matters within the multifinance sector.
  • Ensuring full compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the multifinance sector.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
  • Managing legal risks and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.
  • Liaising with regulators and external legal counsel as required.
  • Supervising and mentoring the legal team to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
  • Handling disputes, litigation, and arbitration processes effectively.
  • Keeping abreast of legal developments and advising on their potential impact on the organisation.
