  • Proven expertise in managing IT security frameworks within the financial technology OR financial services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and incident response management.
  • Experience in implementing security technologies and monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
